JTC is the lead government agency, spearheading the planning, promotion and development of Singapore's industrial landscape. Through the development of land to support the transformation of industries and create quality jobs, it played a major role in Singapore's economic development.
In the 2010s, when the disruptive technologies and IoT were prevalent, JTC began to rethink the future, explore new development ideas, and devote itself to creating a new generation of industrial estates.
