Smart New Town Pilot: Punggol Northshore Residences in Singapore

Punggol Northshore Residences is newly built pilot project. It was completed at the end of 2020 and comprises over 1,400 dwelling units. It is the first batch of newly built smart HDB flats in Singapore and it also marked the key milestone for Singapore's Smart Towns development.
The Smart Parking System began to be piloted on January 4, 2021. Today, I will take you there to experience it. Let's go!
