URA‘s Digitalisation under "Smart Nation" Program

Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is responsible for land planning in Singapore. It leads Singapore's long-term Concept Plan for the next 40-50 years, Master Plan for the next 10-15 years, and the plan's implementation including development control and land sale. URA's mission is "to make Singapore a great city to live, work and play." URA strives to create an endearing home and a vibrant city through long-term planning and innovation, in partnership with the community, to create an endearing home, and a vibrant and sustainable future city.
In 2013, URA set up Digital Planning Lab to lead the digitalisation and technology adoption in urban planning, utilizing data analytics and geospatial technology, assisting planners to better understand the planning trends and empowering planners to make informed decisions enabled by data, to meet Singapore’s long-term planning needs.

市区重建局URA是新加坡负责土地规划的职能部门，主导新加坡未来40-50年的远期概念规划，10-15年的总体规划，以及规划的实施包括开发控制和土地出让。“把新加坡打造成生活、工作和游憩的伟大城市”是URA的目标，URA坚持通过有远见的规划和创新，与社区一起共同创造可亲的家园、活跃和可持续的未来城市。
URA在2013年成立了数字规划实验室（Digital Planning Lab）主导数字化技术在城市规划中的应用。利用数据分析和地理空间技术，帮助规划人员更好的了解规划趋势，由数据驱动、做出更合理的决策，满足新加坡的长期发展需求。
