Yuhua Estate, the HDB Smart New Town piloting representative

Yuhua Estate is located in Jurong East, Singapore. The pilot area includes 38 HDB flats and about 3,200 residents. These HDB flats were built between 1982 and 1985, which is nearly 40 years ago.
As early as 2012, Yuhua Estate was selected as one of the pilots under Singapore’s “Green Footprint” plan, piloting solutions including energy and water conservation, waste management, green commute, vertical greening, and community participation. It was awarded the Green Mark Platinum Award by Building Construction Authority of Singapore.
Since 2018, Yuhua Estate has started to pilot smart solutions.

新加坡智慧新镇试点项目——裕华社区
裕华社区位于新加坡裕廊东，试点区域包括38栋组屋、大概3200户居民，这些组屋建于1982-85年间，距今已将近40年了。
早在2012年，裕华社区就作为已建成组屋区的试点参与了新加坡“绿色足迹”计划，试点了包括节约能源水源、废物管理、绿色出行、多层绿化和社区参与等方面的解决方案，并被授予新加坡建设局BCA颁发的绿色标志白金奖。
2018年裕华社区又开始了智慧新镇的试点。
